Roland is a Service Management Specialist providing ‘best practice’ consulting services in ITIL, SACM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SAM, CMDB, governance (process, information and data governance), solution architecture, documentation, workflow automation, discovery, integration and security across multiple industry sectors and service management toolsets (BMC Software – HELIX/Remedy, ServiceNow, FrontRange Solutions, CA Technologies, HP, IBM, LANDesk, and Symphony Summit for example) since 1993.
Developing expertise in all aspects of the computer (IT) industry since 1980, founding CATTS – Information Technology in 1987 as an IT consultancy for enterprise as well as small and medium clients, providing professional services in service management and end-to-end technology solutions (Graphic/media design, web site and cloud/internet presence capabilities including all aspects of technology implementation and support).
Team focused approach in establishing and enabling teams to meet business and project deliverables. He is highly focused on delivering value and quality services through continual improvement of skills, capabilities, use of best practice methodologies (ITIL, PMBOK, DMBOK, AGILE, Scrum), and importantly, sharing these skills with team members. Extensive experience in the telecommunications, government and financial services sector.
